#312 Seated Opposition Balance drill on Sissel Exercise Ball with Sissel Power Weight Ball.

Exercise Description:
Seated Opposition Balance drill on Sissel Exercise Ball with Sissel Power Weight Ball.
Classification:
Core Stabilization, Hamstrings, Glutes.
Instruction:
Sitting on a Sissel Exercise Ball, keep a neutral spine, one leg supporting. Place a Sissel Power Weight Ball on the opposite foot, keeping that leg elevated off the ground. Place a Sissel Power Weight Ball on the arm opposite the elevated leg, and extend it forward from the shoulder. Simultaneously extend the Sissel Power Weight Ball on the foot from the knee and move the arm with the Sissel Power Weight Ball from the front to the side (in the same plane of movement). Return to start, repeat for sets. When done, switch the Sissel Power Weight Balls to the opposite side and repeat the exercise. If doing this exercise, try first without a Sissel Power Weight Ball in the hand.
