Hockey-specific off-ice training is essential for on-ice success. This training program is designed to address all aspects of hockey performance, including mobility, stability, acceleration speed, quickness, hockey-specific strength and conditioning. The 18-week program systematically progresses the athlete through 3 distinct phases, ultimately preparing them for the start of the season. Daily workout sheets are included with video clips and audio explanation for every exercise. A testing plan is available for tracking progress, and detailed nutrition information is also included.
Athlete Construction training programs are designed to progressively improve movement efficiency, effectiveness and explosiveness. Programs are built on a foundation of mobility, core stabilization strength and work capacity. Workouts require a medicine ball, stability ball, resistance cord &/or dumbbells, AND THAT'S IT!
