Hockey II is our advanced off-ice training program. It has been designed for serious players preparing to compete at elite levels. This 18-week program addresses all aspects of hockey performance- and is guaranteed to improve speed, strength and stamina, while also reducing injury risk. Hockey II involves considerable training on unstable surfaces (Swiss Ball and Bosu Trainer) and on a slideboard. As in Hockey I, this program is divided in to 3 training phases, each 6 week in length. A performance testing plan is included.
Athlete Construction training programs are designed to progressively improve movement efficiency, effectiveness and explosiveness. Programs are built on a foundation of mobility, core stabilization strength and work capacity. Workouts require a medicine ball, stability ball, resistance cord &/or dumbbells, AND THAT’S IT!
